Sourcing Executive (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office; office locations are Chicago, Illinois; Irving, Texas; and Centennial, Colorado. Travel is required.

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support sourcing and contracting strategies across the full sourcing lifecycle.
• Draft and redline contract terms under the guidance of senior sourcing staff and Legal.
• Prepare negotiation materials, summarize issues, and contribute to supplier discussions.
• Collect and analyze market, supplier, and sourcing data.
• Support RFP creation, bid collection, initial evaluations, and supplier communications.
• Maintain contracts through amendments, renewals, pricing validations, and documentation updates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Relevant education is preferred, particularly in business, supply chain, legal studies, or healthcare administration.
• Ability to work three days per week from an office in Chicago, Irving, or Centennial and willingness to travel.
