Product Manager - Sustainability (AI)

Location: United States; remote workplace. Domestic travel is required for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings.

What you will do

• Support long-term product strategy, vision, roadmap discussions, and product performance measurement.
• Conduct customer research, interviews, market validation, and analysis to inform product decisions.
• Define and prioritize backlog items and draft epics, user stories, and detailed requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Services on product delivery and go-to-market activities.
• Support sales and services training, feature-request evaluation, and implementation improvements.
• Apply AI tools, prompting, workflow automation, and agent-based systems to improve research, analysis, and product delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product management or related software-industry experience, plus a bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate understanding of product management principles, customer needs, product documentation, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced expertise in multi-step prompting, context engineering, and AI-augmented workflows.
• Working knowledge of transformer-based LLMs, attention mechanisms, tokenization, context windows, RAG, and common model failure modes.
• Experience integrating LLMs with APIs, vector databases, code execution environments, or agentic systems.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for drift, hallucinations, bias, and inefficiencies while protecting proprietary and personally identifiable information.
