Product Lead, Care Delivery (AI)

Location: New York, NY only; in-person work 3–4 days per week with remote flexibility. Office located in Flatiron.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap for care delivery products focused on patient outcomes and retention.
• Translate clinical standards and appointment data into AI-native workflows, including real-time guidance, charting, transcript-powered insights, and personalized coaching.
• Design longitudinal care programs, patient journeys, and coordination workflows for dietitians, physicians, therapists, and AI agents.
• Build measurement systems connecting provider behaviors with patient outcomes and retention across different populations, conditions, and provider experience levels.
• Define core metrics, collect outcomes, and design rigorous experiments to evaluate product impact.
• Lead execution from discovery through launch and iteration in partnership with engineering, design, data, clinical strategy, and executives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total work experience.
• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building complex workflow products; experience with AI-powered products is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and data skills, including independently analyzing data, defining metrics, evaluating experiments, and translating insights into strategy.
• Deep understanding of users and willingness to work closely with clinicians.
• Strong product judgment, ownership, and ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
