NetSuite Systems Engineer (Financial Systems)

What you will do

• Own and administer NetSuite, with FloQast and Ramp being introduced, including configuration, business logic, access, workflows, and system health.
• Identify repetitive or error-prone finance operations such as month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and procure-to-pay, and automate them.
• Define finance-domain business logic, canonical data definitions, and system-of-record decisions with Engineering.
• Build observable, version-controlled cross-system integrations on a central integration platform.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting, translating operational needs into system capabilities and owning financial-vendor onboarding.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate automation and routine financial-system work.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of financial or ERP system administration experience with hands-on NetSuite administration.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, customization, access management, roles, permissions, workflows, core finance modules, subsidiaries, and multi-location structures.
• Ability to design custom records, fields, and automations, build SuiteFlow workflows, and manage the NetSuite integration ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable, procure-to-pay, and revenue processes.
• Experience automating manual work through scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, or low-code/iPaaS tools, with comfort in SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or APIs.
• Fluent English required. Strong communication across Finance, Accounting, and Engineering is essential.

• Advanced SuiteScript, RESTlets, or NetSuite web services experience.
