Senior Financial Systems Analyst (NetSuite)

Location: Remote, outside the United States; U.S. applications will not be considered

hirify.global operates a digital fragrance subscription service and a portfolio of fragrance brands, enabling customers to discover and purchase scented products.

What you will do

• Serve as the functional expert for NetSuite financial processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, inventory, and cost accounting.
• Gather Finance and Accounting requirements, create functional specifications and acceptance criteria, and own user acceptance testing.
• Identify and deliver AI-driven automation for document capture, coding, anomaly detection, reconciliations, and financial close acceleration.
• Manage the financial systems request queue and coordinate work with NetSuite ACS, managed services partners, and in-house developers.
• Configure saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom fields and forms, and assess NetSuite releases for business impact.
• Monitor integrations with ecommerce, subscription, payment, warehouse, banking, tax, and data warehouse systems while supporting audits and data operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP analysis, or systems accounting; 10+ years is strongly preferred.
• Expert-level NetSuite skills, including financial modules, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom records and fields, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, chart of accounts, AP and AR, subledgers, accruals, allocations, month-end and year-end close, and deferred revenue.
• Familiarity with financial controls, audit support, ITGCs, and segregation of duties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Applicants must be located outside the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, or adjacent financial tools.
• Experience with Celigo, Boomi, Workato, REST integrations, or other iPaaS platforms.
• Experience managing external implementation or managed services partners.
• SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills for analysis, reconciliation, and validation.
• Experience in ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, subscription billing, consumer products, or AI-assisted financial operations.
