Manager, Financial Systems (NetSuite)

Location: New York City; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the NYC office

Salary: $148,500–$239,200 USD

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 3–4 direct reports by setting priorities, managing workloads, and providing feedback.
• Own the roadmap for the financial applications ecosystem and align investments with Finance and company goals.
• Drive implementations, enhancements, maintenance, SOX compliance, data integrity audits, and quality controls across NetSuite, Coupa, NSPB, and other platforms.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, AP, Procurement, Internal Controls, Data Analytics, Engineering, and IT to deliver durable technology solutions.
• Manage priorities, trade-offs, risks, and transparent intake across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, including 3+ years leading a team or function.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on administration of financial systems, including configurations, integrations, and platform health.
• Ability to manage service delivery across competing priorities and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Experience setting direction, delegating effectively, and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to align Finance, Engineering, and IT partners on system decisions with downstream impact.

• Experience designing or automating financial workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Experience managing external vendors or implementation consultants.
