Sr. Project Manager/Team Lead

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, USA; travel is required for project execution and broader team support.

Salary: $127,500–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of up to seven project managers.
• Coordinate workflow, processes, and portfolio metrics across the Programs and Projects team.
• Oversee project management services and processes under client contract agreements.
• Partner with Facilities Management, Transactions, Engineering, senior leaders, clients, vendors, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop best practices, improve programs, and support quality initiatives and strategic business initiatives.
• Spend approximately 25% of the time executing projects and travel as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of related experience.
• Advanced project management skills and a strong understanding of project management operations.
• Experience in client relations, client management, contract negotiations, and consulting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including communicating analyzed data to clients and project teams.
• Working knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings, construction concepts, and Microsoft Office.
