Senior Manager, Transformation (AI)

Location: Remote candidates based in Canada; full working rights required. The role is also listed in Vancouver, BC.

Salary: CAD 100,000–140,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term outcomes.
• Lead transformation agendas for assigned business functions and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans.
• Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, governance, resources, vendors, and success measures.
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models for customer support, customer success, and sales.
• Develop financial models, business cases, data analyses, and performance measures to guide decisions.
• Prepare recommendations and progress updates for the Chief Transformation Officer, CEO, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy or management consulting, program management, or operations.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in a SaaS or payments environment.
• Strong project management, financial modeling, change management, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across strategic planning and detailed execution while engaging senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Full working rights in Canada required; visa sponsorship is not available.
