Senior Strategic Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead high-stakes strategic initiatives across Product, Operations, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other functions.
• Define project governance, objectives, workstreams, planning rhythms, and decision-making structures.
• Coordinate senior stakeholders, solve complex problems, and track progress for leadership.
• Contribute to long-term strategic and budget planning, including geographical and product expansion analysis.
• Analyze and execute M&A opportunities and support the corporate development agenda.
• Coordinate OKR processes, Board meeting preparation, and materials for internal leadership events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, technology company, or fast-growing organization.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, structured-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, take a hands-on approach, and operate comfortably with ambiguity.
• Fluent English required; application and CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in both consulting and a technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience in Financial Services or FinTech.
• Understanding of how technology products work.
• Fluency in French.
• Degree from a top business or engineering school.
