Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing (Night Shift)

Location: Onsite in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA. C Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., plus every other Saturday, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Salary: $78,071–$98,712 annually

What you will do

• Supervise associates across assigned manufacturing departments and provide resources to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
• Monitor production goals, processing schedules, productivity, quality standards, time and attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Identify root causes of quality or performance failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate shift records and prepare detailed pass-downs for incoming management.
• Communicate operational issues affecting service levels to senior management.
• Coordinate with Quality Services to ensure orders are processed completely and accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or comparable management experience.
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce and support an inclusive working environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work the assigned overnight C Shift schedule onsite in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Experience applying lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience driving safety culture improvements and Kaizen initiatives.
