Production Supervisor (Night Shift) - Belts

Location: On-site in Pensacola, Florida, United States. Night shift following a Pittman schedule, with expected hours from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Travel of up to 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for the Belts value stream and achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity targets.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop hourly production associates through feedback and career development.
• Drive operational excellence using hirify.global Business System tools, including 5S, Daily Management, and structured problem solving.
• Monitor production metrics and implement actions to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, product traceability standards, operational procedures, and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing, operations, or production leadership experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing hourly associates in a production environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods, such as 5S, Daily Management, Problem Solving, or Kaizen.
• Ability to manage performance using safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity or cost metrics.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs., use required PPE including a respirator, access equipment up to 6 feet high, and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
