Sr Technical Manager - Digital Integration for Semiconductor Process Development (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States; travel required approximately 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $174,000–$239,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Define the strategic positioning of digital platforms and AI-driven systems across the semiconductor ecosystem.
• Develop end-to-end digital solutions aligned with semiconductor process development workflows and customer needs.
• Orchestrate the integration of data, analytics, and insights from multiple digital sources into internal platforms.
• Determine how insights and AI-driven recommendations should be structured, surfaced, and consumed.
• Drive adoption strategies for digital tools and AI solutions across internal teams and customer environments.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business-unit process teams to identify gaps and execute integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor process development or process control is required.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics systems, or AI-driven solutions in a technical environment is required.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into clear business and customer value.

Nice to have

• PhD in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment, process engineering, yield optimization, or process optimization.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in manufacturing, process control, or analytics.
• Experience with multi-system integration or ecosystem-level product strategy.
• Customer-facing experience with presentations, workshops, and solution enablement.
