What you will do
- Act as a strategic People and Culture partner to leaders in the Transformation function.
- Provide data-driven HR insights and translate business objectives into actionable people initiatives.
- Lead strategic workforce planning covering future skills, leadership, structures, resources, and location requirements.
- Design, deliver, and review people transformation programmes supporting the UK Business Operating Plan.
- Support talent and succession planning, including attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce.
- Use HR technology, data, and analytics to improve programme effectiveness and employee experience.
Requirements
- Experience in business partnering, HR consulting, and stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand business-unit strategy and challenges.
- Experience designing and implementing change management activities and embedding adoption.
- Ability to create practical delivery plans, manage risks, and deliver to deadlines and budgets.
- Strong communication, influencing, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Understanding of how AI, digital technology, and automation are reshaping the workforce.
- Experience supporting large-scale business transformation and change adoption.
- Strategic workforce planning, data analysis, storytelling, and executive communication experience.
