Flexera / Snow Software - Technical Consultant (Software Asset Management)

Location: Remote within Poland; valid working visa for Poland required. Fluent Polish and communicative English required.

What you will do

• Implement and configure Snow Software solutions across customer environments.
• Design and support integrations between SAM, ITAM, and ITSM platforms.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, optimization initiatives, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Analyze licensing and software usage data to provide customer recommendations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor system performance, data quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with customers, consultants, and project stakeholders while contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience with Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, ITSM, or related solutions.
• Experience supporting system integrations, implementations, or technical consulting projects.
• Understanding of software licensing and software lifecycle management concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of databases, APIs, automation technologies, or scripting.
• Fluent Polish, communicative English, and a valid working visa for Poland.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Snow Software, Flexera, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• SAM, ITAM, or ITSM certification.
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, or other scripting technologies.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience with other ITAM solutions.
