Business & Technical Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Bioggio, Canton Ticino, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working is available.

What you will do

• Analyse business requirements and processes for customers using the hirify.global Core Platform.
• Design solutions for new developments with technical leads and architects.
• Implement business functionality in the appropriate software layers.
• Enhance reliability through automated testing and maintain and optimize owned modules.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, technical teams, and other departments in an agile environment.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong computer programming skills and database management system knowledge.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and work in a structured, proactive manner.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of PL/SQL and relational databases, including SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with hirify.global or similar banking systems.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Italian, German, or French language skills.
