Manager, Facilities Management-Energy and Sustainability Manager

Location: Onsite at 1100 Integrity Dr, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Support implementation of campus Sustainability Masterplan initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report energy, water, and carbon performance metrics.
• Identify and quantify Energy Conservation Measures and support Building Performance Standards compliance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC performance issues and review BAS/SCADA trends to identify inefficiencies and resolve hot/cold calls.
• Coordinate with Facilities teams, contractors, and commissioning agents on functional testing, issue tracking, and corrective actions.
• Support Monitoring-Based Commissioning activities and maintain documentation for LEED and internal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in energy engineering, HVAC systems, building operations, or facilities management.
• Expertise with BAS systems and HVAC equipment, including AHUs, chillers, boilers, and pumps.
• Experience with energy analysis and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, commissioning practices, sustainability frameworks, and facility operations budgets.
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• PE, EIT, CEM, LEED AP, IAC/ITAC, or other energy-related certifications.
• Experience with ESPM, LEED, Building Performance Standards, digital twin platforms, MBCx tools, or BAS/BMS systems.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel or leading cross-functional teams.
