Maintenance Associate - Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 2314 W Martin Luther King Blvd. Thursday–Saturday, 06:00–18:00.

Salary: $27.55–$31.05 per hour, with potential premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Repair and maintain optical, mechanical, and electrical equipment in an industrial setting.
• Use blueprints, technical drawings, wiring schematics, equipment manuals, and specifications to locate and assess equipment.
• Troubleshoot control systems and inspect electrical work for safety and compliance.
• Perform routine cleaning, disinfecting, deep-cleaning, and sanitation activities using approved equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor custodial facilities and materials, reporting shortages or failures for purchase or repair.
• Support operational improvements, data quality checks, reporting, vendor activities, and assigned projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience repairing or maintaining optical, mechanical, or electrical equipment in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of electrical safety codes, regulations, wiring schematics, inspection procedures, and electrician tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings and equipment specifications.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment, agents, and techniques in accordance with environmental codes and regulations.
• Additional certifications may be required under applicable state laws or requirements.
• A resume must be attached for interview consideration.

• ABO Certificate for Optical Lab.

• Trade or vocational school education or an associate degree.
• Experience working with blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
