Product Support Specialist (Medtech)

Location: New York City, New York; requires travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes within the state and out of state.

Salary: $65,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage the implementation and completion of clinical product trials, conversions, and PV implementations.
• Lead, prioritize, and coordinate project workflows while aligning resources with customer goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, including conducting weekly business-status meetings.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to sales teams, product teams, and customers.
• Follow up on issues and coordinate timely resolution with field sales, management, product divisions, and account partners.
• Gain hands-on exposure to the Sales Representative role and contribute to clinical product program growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales or customer service experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience.
• Experience developing presentations for audiences at different levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including in-state and out-of-state business travel.
• Strong project coordination, communication, customer relationship, and collaboration skills.
