Client Delivery Specialist

Location: Auburndale, Massachusetts, United States; based in the office with in-person work three days a week or more

What you will do

• Coordinate the receipt of online creative materials from agencies and advertisers and ensure campaign deadlines are met.
• Confirm purchased products, capture customer goals, and coordinate campaign delivery from contract inception through completion.
• Build relationships with advertisers and respond to internal and external customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Communicate campaign status, performance, and execution details with Sales, Customer Success Management, and Product Operations.
• Set up automated reporting, manage manual client reporting, process campaign changes, and communicate impact and timing.
• Maintain revenue forecasting and recognition, secure proof of delivery, and complete month-end close tasks.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone skills, and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, calls, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast decision-making, problem-solving, accurate data entry, and computer application skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented team player who can work independently and under pressure.
• Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably in the advertising or agency marketplace.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator.
