Salary: $54,200–$110,300 per year

What you will do

• Support, develop, and continuously improve 200mm semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Drive improvements in throughput, cost reduction, yield, process stability, and equipment performance.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to optimize equipment and processes against technology and manufacturing targets.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting of complex equipment and process performance issues.
• Collaborate with technicians, operators, technology development, integration, characterization, and quality engineering teams.
• Support customer delivery and product quality while following environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Graduation in 2026, overall GPA of at least 3.0, and good academic standing.
• English fluency required for written and verbal communication.
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand both equipment and process issues.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
