Financial Relationship Banker - Columbiana

Location: Columbiana, Ohio, United States; office-based role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technologies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, relationship-building ability, and comfort with banking technology.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and consumer and business deposit products.
• Presentation skills and the ability to deepen and retain customer relationships.
