Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Downtown Boston office, with in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: USD 150,000–180,000 annual base salary, plus target bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own positioning, messaging, and major product launches for the Freshservice platform.
• Develop differentiated narratives explaining how unified service and operations solve problems for IT organizations.
• Lead cross-functional launch planning with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and PR.
• Create customer-facing content including web pages, blogs, videos, webinars, and campaigns.
• Produce sales enablement materials such as presentations, battlecards, FAQs, demos, and competitive messaging.
• Gather customer and market insights through interviews, research, and competitive analysis to support platform adoption and future direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience marketing ITSM, IT operations, DevOps, observability, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure products.
• Experience launching complex multi-product platforms involving AI, machine learning, GenAI, Copilot, agentic AI, or other intelligent software capabilities.
• Strong messaging, positioning, storytelling, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional product launches and partnering with Product Management and Engineering.
• Experience creating customer-facing content and sales enablement materials.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing a multi-product suite or platform with consolidation or better-together narratives.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI adoption, AI agents, automation, or workflow platforms.
• Experience marketing to IT administrators, IT leaders, or enterprise technology buyers.
