Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, reporting to the Flatiron office in New York, United States; occasional travel to offices or clients in Europe and regular trips to Romania.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base salary per year, plus a bonus component.

What you will do

• Own product and category launches end to end, including positioning, messaging, and enablement.
• Partner with product and engineering to understand the platform, roadmap, and technical differentiation.
• Create and maintain sales assets such as one-pagers, presentations, demo narratives, objection guides, and FAQs.
• Develop competitive battlecards, win/loss analysis, and market narratives for enterprise audiences.
• Engage directly with customers and sales teams while supporting go-to-market efforts with system integrator and consultancy partners.
• Collaborate across product, sales, marketing, and distributed international teams to build a scalable product marketing function.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including at least 3 years owning end-to-end launches for technical enterprise products.
• Experience working across product, engineering, sales, and marketing, with strong technical-to-business communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into narratives for both business and developer audiences.
• Comfort with direct customer engagement, independent work, and a high degree of autonomy.
• Ability to work across time zones with distributed international teams and willingness to travel periodically, including to Romania.
• Hands-on senior individual contributor with a strong interest in AI and emerging technology.
