What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
• Knowledge of banking products, consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, and customer service is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with business banking, business lending, presentations, and mobile or online banking services.
