What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Grow and retain customer relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administration role.
• Strong relationship-building, verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and deposit products.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Must complete additional background checks and provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and one or more years of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
