Operational Purchasing Coordinator Eindhoven (Manufacturing)

Location: Eindhoven region, Netherlands

Salary: €3,300–€5,200 gross per month, excluding holiday allowance

What you will do

• Place, manage, and monitor purchase orders for raw materials and components.
• Monitor delivery times and coordinate deliveries with production and factory planning.
• Manage operational supplier relationships and address performance or agreement issues.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other internal stakeholders.
• Make purchasing decisions based on lead times, costs, and total cost considerations.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and contribute to structural supply chain improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operational purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
