Behaviour Interactive is a Canadian gaming studio developing original games and providing external development services across PC, console, and mobile platforms.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end player lifecycle strategy across the portfolio, including Dead by Daylight, 7 Days to Die, Blight, and future titles.
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing as the internal subject matter expert.
  • Design, execute, test, and measure personalized campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-game, and emerging channels.
  • Partner with game teams on launches, live events, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
  • Use first-party data and behavioral insights to improve player profiles and one-to-one engagement.
  • Optimize player journeys, CRM tooling, automation, and data infrastructure while developing the CRM team.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience leading CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in live-service games, technology, or digital entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of player data, segmentation, lifecycle modeling, and attribution.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams and influencing platform and tooling decisions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing CRM and player engagement tools.

Nice to have

  • Gaming industry experience.
  • Live-service game experience.
