Personal Banker

Location: NJ - Brick (08723), Brick Plaza Branch; in-office role

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking solutions to improve financial wellbeing and increase loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options using banking technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems by applying product and procedural knowledge.
• Manage risk and support accurate, efficient daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, customer service, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking regulations.
