Personal Banker (Banking)

Location: Onsite at the SW Plaza Branch in Fort Collins, Colorado, United States

Starting pay: $23 per hour, with final compensation varying based on lending experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and help them complete deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
• Understand customers’ financial needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Guide customers toward improved financial well-being, including savings and retirement planning.
• Build customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Follow bank policies, regulations, laws, and applicable registration requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States is required; future sponsorship is not available.
• Outgoing, friendly, solution-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to complete S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and meet financial responsibility, character, credit, and background standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Retail banking experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
• Significant lending experience.
