Partner Funding Operations Specialist (AWS/Anthropic)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for AWS and Anthropic funding programs.
• Maintain client records, funding documentation, trackers, and approval workflows across internal systems.
• Prepare, validate, and submit invoices while performing quality assurance and compliance checks.
• Monitor program requirements and communicate changes, deadlines, and best practices to internal teams.
• Coordinate with AWS Partner Development Managers, Account Executives, Project Managers, Delivery teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and complete funding processes.
• Use internal systems, reporting tools, and automation to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing, Finance Operations, or Administrative Support.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience processing invoices or financial documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple web-based platforms, priorities, deadlines, and evolving documentation requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Partner Programs, cloud partner operations, or vendor funding programs.
• Experience supporting Sales, Project Managers, or Delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Claude skills and projects.
