What you will do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for risk and compliance capabilities within IT Visibility.
- Own the evolution of Compliance Intelligence, technology lifecycle governance, operational resilience, audit readiness, and related solutions.
- Use technology inventory, lifecycle intelligence, vulnerability insights, and business context to create customer-focused capabilities.
- Lead customer discovery, validate problems, assess market opportunities, and prioritize investments and product requirements.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Architecture, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and product leadership to bring solutions to market.
- Drive adoption, monitor product success metrics, and represent the product area in customer, executive, analyst, and industry engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated success defining product strategy and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
- Strong customer discovery, problem-solving, prioritization, analytical, strategic, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver complex products.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, operational resilience, or technology lifecycle management.
- Experience building data-driven, intelligence-led, or workflow-based enterprise products.
- Experience defining AI-enabled solutions and bringing innovative capabilities to market.
- Familiarity with regulatory, governance, or audit-related customer challenges.
