Manufacturing Specialist (Energy Manufacturing)

Location: Office/site only in Fort Payne, Alabama, United States. First shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM.

What you will do

• Assemble and fabricate turbine generator components.
• Use hand tools and machinery to complete manufacturing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with required standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or verifiable GED.
• Strong safety and quality mindset.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Technical training or certification in manufacturing or a related field.
• Hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience, preferably in the energy sector.
