What you will do

• Act as the primary product expert for open coil heating products.
• Design control panels and open coil heaters using AutoCAD to coordinate with suppliers and respond to customers.
• Create detailed component layouts, wiring, power distribution, and assembly drawings.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to refine technical specifications based on customer requirements.
• Research, diagnose, and identify solutions to resolve customer technical issues.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure effective delivery of customized heating solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (AS/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD applications, primarily AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Ability to define materials and tolerancing to meet specifications and reduce costs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Exeter, New Hampshire, USA.
