General Manager

Location: Sacramento, California, USA; onsite at a corporate-owned location

Salary: $155,000–$165,000 annual base salary, plus a bonus based on year-over-year growth.

What you will do

• Oversee financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet health, budgets, capital expenditures, accounts receivable, and variance analysis.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop employees while establishing clear goals, compensation plans, and performance reviews.
• Improve operational efficiency and coordinate lead generation, sales, revenue, EBITDA, market share, and gross margin growth.
• Lead warehouse, operations, installation, and sales teams in line with company standards and service-level agreements.
• Manage customer experience, contract execution, service delivery, local marketing campaigns, and showroom strategies.
• Conduct safety audits and job-site observations while maintaining compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred; an MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a General Manager or Operations Manager.
• Experience in residential selling, manufacturing, and independent business-unit operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Experience with CAD, Epicor/Kinetic, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a commitment to safety and compliance.

• Master of Business Administration degree.
