General Manager (Cannabis Retail)

Location: Kennett, Missouri; on-site dispensary operations

Pay range: $60,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, employee reviews, payroll responsibilities, and team communication.
• Drive revenue, sales performance, customer service, promotions, loyalty initiatives, and store KPIs.
• Oversee store opening and closing, cash handling, deposits, reconciliation, safe management, supplies, and facility upkeep.
• Manage inventory intake, invoices, stocking, online menu accuracy, reconciliation, expiring products, and loss prevention.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and internal processes while coordinating with regional compliance and cross-functional partners.
• Support visual merchandising, events, omni-channel ordering, delivery, drive-thru, kiosks, payment options, and other customer-experience technologies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis-related industries.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and flexibility in working hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, people management, critical thinking, cash management, and inventory management skills.
• Microsoft Suite experience.

• Dutchie POS experience.
• METRC Seed-to-Sale experience.
