AGGP2027 – Graduate Engineering Planning & Data Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Plan and steer engineering customization activities for challenging projects responding to airline requests.
• Perform data analytics on the internal Skywise platform and other environments.
• Support digitalisation initiatives and help shape future ways of working.
• Learn aircraft customization from early definition through certification and delivery.
• Work across manufacturing and delivery activities with a focus on Cabin & Cargo.
• Complete at least one rotation on a different mission during the two-year development programme.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Recent graduation or first professional experience in engineering, preferably with knowledge of data science or analytics.
• Interest or experience in project management, digital trends, and data-oriented work.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of personal development.
• Eligibility for security clearance is required.
