Health & Life Sciences – Associate & Engagement Manager (m/f/d) – Germany / Switzerland

What you will do

• Break down complex healthcare and life sciences problems into structured analytical tasks.
• Plan and execute sophisticated analyses, identify key issues, and develop practical recommendations.
• Work directly with clients and project teams to move engagements forward.
• Manage small teams as an Associate or lead day-to-day project delivery as an Engagement Manager.
• Ensure recommendations are accurate, relevant, cohesive, and feasible to implement.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute industry insight to healthcare transformation projects.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
• In-depth knowledge of the health and life sciences sector.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate fluidly with diverse project teams.
