What you will do

• Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and direct junior consultants to key elements.
• Plan and execute sophisticated analyses to identify core issues, trends, and suitable recommendations.
• Lead project teams day-to-day, ensuring recommendations are correct, practical, and cohesive.
• Forge strong relationships with clients and provide unique subject matter expertise.
• Manage small teams to drive project progress and achieve meaningful client impact.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of relevant experience, ideally within a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• In-depth knowledge of the Health & Life Sciences sector.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel is required.
