AI Product Senior Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days in the office required

What you will do

• Identify and size AI opportunities across hirify.global Europe business clusters and functions, building business cases and securing funding.
• Own AI use cases from requirements through production deployment, including build-versus-buy evaluations and delivery management.
• Work with data science and ML engineering teams to deliver defined milestones, value targets, and model performance improvements.
• Develop change, enablement, and adoption strategies using champion networks, training, office hours, peer coaching, and feedback loops.
• Measure usage, proficiency, productivity, quality, and business impact through governance routines and executive dashboards.
• Track emerging AI capabilities and scale AI agents, tools, and learnings across hirify.global Europe.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• At least 8 years in product or project management, AI delivery, or data science, including hands-on experience building and deploying AI or ML solutions.
• Experience with ML model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder and commercial management skills, including work with C-suite sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading AI-related change strategies, capability building, adoption tracking, and behavior reinforcement in complex organizations.
• Experience in financial services, payments, or another regulated industry; Python and SQL experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying LLM-based solutions, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Figma Make, Cloudflare, Databricks, and cloud databases.
• Consulting experience with a strategy firm or Big Four organization.
• Experience evaluating enterprise AI platforms and managing large-scale transformation programs.
