What you will do
- Own and prioritise AI and LLM use cases across Sport data platforms, including QuickSight-powered tools and Theia.
- Translate client and commercial needs into product requirements, expected behaviours, boundaries, and outputs for AI features.
- Design structured test frameworks, evaluation datasets, benchmark queries, and repeatable or automated evaluations for LLM-powered features.
- Coordinate delivery with AWS, third-party LLM partners, internal product teams, data and BI specialists, and commercial stakeholders.
- Ensure AI tools use appropriate datasets, respect access boundaries, and produce trustworthy, explainable, relevant, and usable outputs.
- Conduct user interviews and feedback loops while shaping a repeatable, scalable approach to AI deployment across products and workflows.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager or product lead for AI or data products.
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations in real-world applications.
- Experience defining use cases, writing product requirements, and working with engineers and external technology partners.
- Experience designing or contributing to test cases, evaluation approaches, and quality validation frameworks.
- Strong critical-thinking and challenge mindset, with the ability to work with client-facing and commercial teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI or data platforms, dashboards, or query tools.
- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, including QuickSight AI capabilities.
- Exposure to conversational interfaces, chat agents, computer vision, or image recognition.
- Experience creating LLM evaluation sets, guardrails, or constraints for AI systems.
