Mobile Phlebotomist, PRN (Health Screening)

Location: San Antonio, Texas; assignments take place at local companies within the assigned area and across U.S. screening events

Provides national biometric screening services for employees at client companies.

What you will do

• Perform and record biometric testing, including height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, and BMI.
• Collect blood samples through fingersticks and/or venipuncture in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare specimens for storage or additional processing and maintain laboratory transaction records.
• Set up and break down portable blood-draw and biometric stations.
• Transport supplies to and from events, including items weighing up to 20 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current national phlebotomy certification from an approved organization, an accredited phlebotomy program with a completed hands-on externship, or qualifying recent blood-draw experience.
• Active state-specific phlebotomy certification is required for work performed in Nevada, California, Washington, and Louisiana.
• Previous health-screening or phlebotomy experience is preferred; strong customer service, communication, attention-to-detail, and computer skills are required.
• Monday–Friday morning availability, reliable transportation, and availability for PRN event-based work are required.
• Ability to pass a full background check and provide proof of professional credentialing.
