What you will do

• Obtain vital signs, conduct health assessments, perform TB testing, and collect blood specimens.
• Collect, process, and ship laboratory specimens safely and accurately.
• Coordinate exam scheduling, annual physicals, and monthly testing lists to support continuity of care.
• Maintain laboratory supplies, equipment, inventory, results, and clinical documentation.
• Protect patient confidentiality and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment.
• Collaborate with clinical team members on laboratory testing and patient care.

Requirements

• Active Medical Assistant certification required.
• CNA or CMA qualification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with prolonged standing, bending, and stooping.
• Ability to use appropriate personal protective equipment and work safely around bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and medical assistant or phlebotomist procedures.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and computer skills.
