What you will do

• Monitor profit, sales, performance goals, and store financial reports.
• Oversee eyeglass department operations, efficiency, quality standards, and policy compliance.
• Deliver strong customer service and ensure associates provide a positive customer experience.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate Opticians, contact lens sales associates, and receptionists where applicable.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, retention, promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising.
• Communicate with the General Manager, District Manager, and corporate office through required store reporting.

Requirements

• Optical sales experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Understanding of store operations and performance standards.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• Specific licenses or credentials may be required by state law for certain duties.
