Sales Manager (Part Time)

Location: Las Vegas-South, NV, United States; onsite retail position

What you will do

• Welcome customers and help families select products from preemie through size 14.
• Maintain a customer-focused sales floor and deliver consistent service and omnichannel experiences.
• Coach store associates, provide in-the-moment feedback, and recognize strong performance.
• Lead assigned business focus areas through planning and detailed follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, respond to customer concerns, and drive store results.
• Support safety, operational controls, asset protection, and customer loyalty programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Outlook, Excel, web navigation, and other workplace technology.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
• Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
