Compensation: $65,000 average annual earnings; top performers can earn $90,000+ annually. Hourly rate: $7.75–$20.00, plus commission.

What you will do

• Help customers find vehicles that match their needs using hirify.global inventory knowledge.
• Guide customers through appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and transactions.
• Listen actively and provide clear, honest information throughout the customer journey.
• Complete accurate transaction documentation and use technology to process sales.
• Collaborate with store associates to meet customer needs and business goals.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first work area and follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using technology to process transactions and access inventory information.
