Multi-Site Maintenance Technician (Property Management)

Location: Santa Ana, California, USA; travel between multiple properties required

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over vacated apartments within five days.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain locks, doors, windows, closers, controllers, and other building components.
• Document and maintain fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts, work performance, and materials procurement.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and participate in technical, safety, and operational training.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to travel to and from multiple properties as needed.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma.

• Additional relevant certifications, such as HVAC or CMRP.
