Regional Quality Manager (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Topeka, KS; various project locations in the United States. Full-time, with travel required and a commitment to long-term onsite projects.

Power delivery and energy infrastructure contractor delivering transmission, substation, distribution, oil and gas, renewable energy, and power restoration projects.

What you will do

• Assist operations with implementing and maintaining existing QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments against project specifications and industry standards.
• Support quality compliance across utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Lead quality teams working across multiple projects.
• Work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience with BESS, substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction.
• Experience with HSEQ programs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver license, acceptable driving record, ability to travel, and availability for long-term onsite projects.

Nice to have

• QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality.
