Quality Control Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: North Jackson, Ohio, United States; on-site full-time role

What you will do

• Lead shift production employees to deliver safe, high-quality products on schedule and within effective cost targets.
• Plan production work, assign personnel and equipment, regulate workflow, and track job completion timelines.
• Promote safety, quality, compliance, good manufacturing practices, and operational excellence across the production area.
• Coach, motivate, train, develop, recruit, and performance-manage production associates.
• Resolve shift issues, maintain two-way communication, and coordinate workflow with the Director of Operations and Production Managers.
• Recommend process, equipment, and product-quality improvements; maintain unit equipment, tools, and supplies.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to organize production information, follow procedures accurately, and perform basic arithmetic and averages.
• Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC policies; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
