Regional Quality Manager (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Itasca, Texas; various project locations.

What you will do

• Support operations with the implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments against project specifications and industry standards.
• Lead quality teams across multiple utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Support quality activities for BESS, substations, transmission, distribution, and foundation construction.
• Work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience with HSEQ programs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality is preferred.
• Valid driver license for applicable vehicles, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel and work on long-term onsite projects.
