Regional Quality Manager (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Uniontown, Ohio, with work across various jobsite locations; travel and long-term onsite projects required

What you will do

• Assist operations with implementing and maintaining existing QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments against project specifications and industry standards.
• Support quality assurance, quality control, HSEQ, audit, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Lead quality teams across multiple utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience with BESS, substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction.
• Experience with HSEQ programs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver license, acceptable driving record, ability to travel, and commitment to long-term onsite projects required.

Nice to have

• QA/QC certification in ISO or from the American Society for Quality.
