Claim Professional Development Program (CPDP) Intern

Location: Morristown, New Jersey, United States; onsite claim work

Salary: $25.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete structured onboarding for hirify.global systems, protocols, and claim procedures.
• Gain exposure to personal and business insurance claims ranging from basic to moderate complexity.
• Investigate claims, determine coverage, estimate damage, and support accurate and efficient resolutions.
• Communicate with customers and clients throughout the claims process using strong verbal and written communication.
• Observe experienced Claim Professionals through desk assignments and ride-alongs.
• Complete core assignments, challenging project work, and other assigned duties with manager and mentor support.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the United States now and in the future.
• Must have obtained or be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Suggested academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Liberal Arts with a business focus, Business Management, Risk Management and Insurance, or another business-related discipline.
• H-1B, TN, and Forms I-983/STEM OPT sponsorship or support is not provided.
